Waive Overdue Processing/Late Fees

What is needed on the form in order to be considered by the court:

Traffic Court Case Number(s) (NOT A CITATION NUMBER).

Check the box for “I request a non-appearance hearing for my hardship motion” ONLY if you do not wish to come to court and would like to receive the court’s ruling via mail.

Underneath the section titled “Reason For Request”, you must write any information that demonstrates a Financial hardship exists that hinders you from paying the Traffic Fines/Fees.
