Welcome to Administration

General Information:
The District Court Administrator is the focus of responsibility for many of the requirements placed on the district courts by the Supreme Court. It is the responsibility of the Administrator, under the direction of the Chief Judge, to manage day-to-day operations at the local level.
The functions of the District Court Administrator are highly varied. Working with her staff, this individual plans the layout of the district court offices and determines workflow: she hires and fires non-judicial employees and assigns them to their administrative and clerical functions; and also procures office equipment and supplies.
The Administrator handles fiscal matters such as budgeting, accounting, payroll, purchasing, and financial reporting. These functions are supported by the Administrator's direct reports: Clerk of Court, Court Services Administrative Officer, Project Manager, Management Analyst, Court Trustee Manager, Managing Court Reporter, and two Administrative Assistants.
