General Information:
Court Services Officers are responsible for the preparation of Misdemeanor and Felony Pre-Sentence Investigation reports as ordered by the 18th Judicial District Court and in accordance with the Kansas Sentencing Guidelines (available on the Kansas Sentencing Commission's website). These reports include:

A complete compilation of the defendant's criminal history

Comments from victims concerning sentencing and restitution

An assessment of appropriate conditions should the defendant be placed on probation supervision

Location and hours:
PSI is located on the first floor of the Sedgwick County Courthouse Room #134
Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Closed from 12:30 - 1:30.
