December 1, 2025 System upgrade to take some court systems offline this weekend TOPEKA—Some court systems will be offline this weekend while the Office of Judicial Administration upgrades the Kansas eCourt case management system.   The Kansas eCourt case management system stores case information, data, and documents for district courts statewide.
