Biography:

          Judge Michael Hoelscher is currently the Division 19 Judge of the 18th Judicial District Court. He was appointed in 2015. Judge Hoelscher's prior work started with the Sedgwick County District Attorney's Office in 2002 lasting until 2008 when he went to work for the Wichita City Attorney's Office until he was appointed in 2015.

          Judge Hoelscher attended Newman University where he received his B.A. before moving on to Washburn University where he received his Juris Doctorate.
