Job Duties:

Responsibilities include completing all Orders of the Court from each Judge for the following:
Mediation, Limited Case Management, Case Management, Child Custody Investigations, Hair Follicle Tests, Supervised visitations/exchanges of the child/ren, supervised property exchanges, special settings for PFA’s that require additional witnesses, signature of the Judge for the Court Trustee, Our Family Wizard scholarship application with Court Ordered reduction of fees.
This position is responsible for sending each order/referral to the appropriate office, agency, parents and attorneys. The Coordinator will track the results and distribute them upon completion while maintaining the pending file through scanning of each document into each case file. The Conflict Resolution Coordinator will also be responsible for the Solid Growth Workshop which is held 34 Thursdays each year. Responsibilities include presenting a brief summary and distributing the certificates of completion to each parent

Required Education and Experience:

• High school graduate or equivalent, including or supplemented by courses in secretarial science, and three years’ experience     in secretarial and general clerical work
• Knowledge, ability, and skill in use of Microsoft Office Suite a must
• Typing 35 wpm

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Familiar with FullCourt/KICS case management system
• Knowledge of business English and legal terminology, spelling and grammar
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Business communication skills, both written and oral
• Skill in the operation of a personal computer
