The Small Claims Department is a part of the Civil Department but their office is located on the 3rd floor of the Historic Courthouse, Room 302, 510 N Main.

There are 2 clerks assigned to this office and they process all small claims cases from the petition through to the satisfaction of Judgment in the case.
