The Appeals Department is located on the 7th floor and is staffed by 4 clerks.

This department's responsibility is to file and maintain records on appealed actions. These include civil, criminal, domestic, probate and juvenile cases.

The appeal clerks enter information on computer and file and issue pleadings. There is a great deal of telephone work and interaction with attorneys.
